Consider volunteering for a committee:
  • PIC Committee

    The Property Improvement Committee is appointed by the Board of Directors to assist them in maintaining a uniform high aesthetic design standard for your Community. It is the PIC's responsibility to review all applications for changes, additions or modifications to the exterior of any home.

    The Board retains certain rights and discretions granted to it by the CC&Rs which it may delegate to the PIC.

  • Social/Welcome Committee

    The social committee is appointed by the Board of Directors to provide social activities and neighborhood get togethers that bring us together as a Community. It is the social committee’s responsibility to plan events, get possible approval from the City, execute the event, and plan for possible clean up afterwards.
    The Board retains certain rights and discretions granted to it by the CC&Rs which it may delegate to the social committee.

  • Communications Committee

    The communications committee is appointed by the Board of Directors to provide communications between the HOA Board and the residents of the community. It is the communication committee’s responsibility to notify homeowners of up and coming events, maintain the website, put out a new letter with helpful hints and reminders, as well as to hang door hangers.
    The Board retains certain rights and discretions granted to it by the CC&Rs which it may delegate to the communications committee.

  • Compliance Committee

    The compliance committee is appointed by the Board of Directors to keep the neighborhood looking great, enforces the CC&R's, and ultimately helps to keep home values up. It is the compliance committee’s responsibility to do monthly walk-throughs, and make sure homes are in compliance with the CC&R's.
    The Board retains certain rights and discretions granted to it by the CC&Rs which it may delegate to the compliance committee.
